Nestled within the “Villaggio Airone” community, these apartments offer a total of 100 square meters, spread across two floors. The first floor boasts a kitchen, a living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an inviting courtyard with pool access. Downstairs, a cozy living room with a fireplace and play area awaits. The courtyard hosts a dining space, sun umbrella, and lounge chairs. These apartments are part of a gated community featuring a spacious pool with a dedicated children’s section and a relaxing Jacuzzi area.
