1. Reservations and Check-In:

Reservations can be made online, via phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Check-in time is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate you based on room availability.
Valid identification and a credit card are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

2. Payment:

Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept major credit cards.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., room service, minibar, spa services) will be charged to your credit card on file.

3. Cancellation and No-Show:

Cancellation policies vary based on the rate plan chosen during booking. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific details.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and payment.

4. Children and Extra Guests:

Children under the age of 12 can stay in the same room as their parents/guardians using existing bedding at no extra charge.

5. Smoking Policy:

Villa LunaSole is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.

6. Pet Policy:

7. Damage and Liability:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, including but not limited to rooms, furnishings, and amenities, during their stay.
Villa LunaSole is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of guest belongings. Use of the hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

9. Guest Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner, refraining from any disruptive or unlawful behavior that disturbs other guests or the hotel’s operations.
